Welcome to the Color Room. I have many things to share with you. First the Color Room is a place of teaching. There will be a different teaching in the Color Room every month. It is important to come to this room at least once a month. Bring a friend and tell another to come! It is my wish that we share the teachings that are here with all people. We as people are spirits and spirit is energy and energy is colors. Here you can get in touch with and understand your personal color and your spirit color. You will learn to gather guidance from your life colors (personal and spirit colors). Here, you will get a clearer understanding of colors and their actions, or roles in your life. Each color has an energy meaning. Those meanings are listed here. In these teachings you will learn how to 'treat your life with color.' |

At the Seven Star Lodge you are in the home of the Rainbow Medicine Wheel. All of Life is a circle, and that circle can be seen as a Wheel. The Rainbow Wheel symbolizes a way to set your life in order and make Life easier to live. Part of the Reason that Life is hard is because we interact with each other. To successfully interact takes good communication and living skills. This is part of why we Need the Medicines and the Lessons we have in the Wheel -- to guide our lives and to decipher what skills we Need to learn and work on. |

The Medicines and the Lessons in Life are the Voices of the Stars. There are 28 Medicine Stones and 28 Lesson Stones. At the center, there is one stone surrounded by seven stones; these are the stones of Creation. Surrounding all of these stones are the 4 stones of the Sacred Directions in Life. Put this all together and you have the Rainbow Medicine Wheel! This is the Home for my vision: the Sun, Moon and Seven Stars. |

What is a Medicine Wheel? In simplified terms, a Medicine Wheel is a Sacred Circle. This form of a Sacred Circle can be used for Healing, teaching, or a number of other positive actions (energies). There are numerous forms of the Medicine Wheel out there in the big world. Mine is a teaching from my childhood vision, which is a Native American teaching given to me by Great Spirit, Grandmother/Grandfather, Creator, God and cultivated by my mom's guidance. The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is intended to guide and teach the "good red road", and a good way of living that has helped me and many others make the right choices in Life. My books, available at the Book Room, are filled with information that will teach you about Medicine Wheels if this is information that you seek. |

The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is a place of spiritual thought, or guidance from your inner Creator. (God, Great Spirit, Creator, they are all the same, they just have different names). I have decided to teach here in the Color Room. I will gift you with Color Teachings and inspirational phrases. I think you will enjoy the guidance from the Seven Stars, who speak through the colors. I have placed a picture of the Rainbow Medicine Wheel for you to look at. The Rainbow Medicine Wheel is a guide for your spirit, emotions, body and mind/brain. |

Start in the East |

Before you use the Rainbow Medicine Wheel in your daily life, let me first explain that your whole Life is a circle. Everything in Life is in the circle. The outer circle of stars are the Medicines in Life and the lines that go East to West and North to South are the Lessons in Life. The first center circle is the circle of seven stones, which represent the Sacred seven: fire, water, air, earth, sun, moon and the stars. The center circle (shown as a Rainbow circle) is the symbol for the Creator, God, and Great Spirit. You start in the East, which is Spirit, then move clockwise to the South, which is Emotions. You then move (clockwise again and always) to the West, which is the Body, and then to the North, which is the section that represents the Mind/Briain. This gives you a little Knowledge
about the Rainbow Medicine Wheel. There are many Medicine Wheels in Life with
many different teachings because each Medicine Wheel is from a different time
and mystery school where teachings take place. Our Rainbow Medicine Wheel is
contemporary. It is a Medicine Wheel for the new millennium. |

The Color Teachings that follow are intended to guide you each day. They are words of the Rainbow Medicine Wheel. They help you work with your Lessons of the day. The words, known as the Medicines or Medicine Words, are used to treat the Lessons in Life and to think about when you are having troubled times. Use the Medicine and Lesson Words as words of inspiration and direction. With the direction of the Rainbow Medicine Words you are in control of the Sacred Path of your Life. By applying them to your daily Life, you can learn to walk the Good Red Road each day and to live your Life in a good way. |

How do you "treat" with a Color? One way to treat with a Color, is to simply think of the Color! Use the words that describe the Color: example; in July, if you are treating a problem with purple, you would use the words Wisdom, Power, Real and Knowledge. In your day you would make wise Choices and use your self-power. Also, you can treat your day and problems with the color by using it, wearing it and being aware of it. |
