I, the White Wolf Woman, wish to talk about truth. I remember in the spirit world when there was no lie. When Grandmother/father was all truth. I long for that here on the earth mother. My spirit teaches the truth of Rainbow Medicine. I would like to speak a little of how the teachings came to Wolf Moondance. First, let me tell the story of the name Wolf Moondance.

On a cold day in January a long time ago a small girl lay very ill, with chicken pox. She was not going to live. The fever had got very high and the family could not bring it down. The local doctor came and took a look. "She will pass tonight", he said. The fever is too high and has gone on too long.

He left and the voice of her mother was heard. "You will not leave me baby girl, you are all the good I have. Stay here and come to the Moondance. Look to Grandmother, she is the song of the Moondance. Listen to me baby girl, you are a Moondance, My name Moondance is yours."

Days passed and the young girl awoke and joy filled the mother's heart. The little one looked to her mother and spoke, "Moondance, what is that?" Her mother replied, "You rest and when you are strong I will tell you."

Time passed and the young one was better and stronger. The mother told her the story of the name. She had been given her grandfather's name. The young one was happy to know her mom's family name. It was a first name. As time went on the young one told her mom the story of the black and white cat that had taken care of her when she was very sick. The cats took her to a pretty river where she was shown her spirit. She told her mom of the white wolf that she was. The mom looked at her and smiled, "This is a good thing. It is your inner spirit. You are a white wolf. I will call you Charlie girl, the white wolf." "When you grow big I will call you Wolf Moondance. It is teacher of the woman's song."

As time passed she was called Wolf Moondance-teacher of the woman's song. As time passed she told her mom the story of her vision of the Sun, Moon and the Seven Stars. Her vision is the story of the seven sacred truths. They are the songs of sweet medicine, the song of the woman.

This is the story of Wolf MOONDANCE'S name, the voice of the White Wolf Woman. As the white wolf grew to be a woman, Wolf and her mother often spoke of the black and white cat that took care of her while she was so sick during her childhood.

As I was at the beautiful river, I saw and heard. The words were in color and the river and sky were the colors. There were seven sacred teachings spoken in seven sacred colors of the seven sacred truths by the seven sacred stars. The first color was red - the first color of truth. In the red I was shown to know and believe in magic and the magic was knowing. I was taught that I would see the red and I would have the truth of confidence.

I was shown the color of Orange-the truth of healing. In the Orange I knew there was family which is hope and love, the special medicine of kindness and forever. I knew in my mind's heart (How can one feel something in your heart? It is felt in the Mind's Heart.) that I was never alone nor could I die a spiritual death. I knew balance.

I heard and felt the color of Yellow-the truth of proof. Yellow is the way. I was given the knowledge of Yellow as the doorway to all. To have proof is the grandest gift of all. It is the opportunity to see changes in your life. I knew that instead of giving up in life I would create.

Green-the truth of courage was shown to me. To think about courage is to know that there is no courage without pain. The pain is our gain. As we walk our earth walk with the courage that our life is Great Spirit's purpose we have a good life. Courage is a Truth of movement. It is the way Great Spirit has given us to move on to the next Truth. I like to see it as highway of change.

When I felt a need for grandness and understanding of Great Spirit, I was opened to Blue-the Truth of Truth. There is your Truth, their Truth, my Truth and THE Truth. You might question, "Is there any Truth. Where is the Truth? How do I find the Truth?" The most important thought given to me is that there is Truth and it is the voice of the Spirit- the mind's heart, your heart, follow your heart and the truth is…

After visiting the truth of Truth, I went to the darkest shade of color to find the truth of commitment, which is the truth of Purple. I was alone and full of tears. I wanted to give up. My voice was gone and my human light was all but gone. I could only see black… wait, it was purple, but why so dark? I could hear and knew the voices to be loved ones. I knew that if they were there I was. Soon, that was my grace and wisdom -- the truth woke me to the journey home. My darkest truth was only to be the truth of purple. When we look in our self and commit to living life in a good way we are in the deep thinking of purple.

The colors sang and laughed. I was at home with the colors' teachings. They looked up and down, under and over and all around -- beside and beneath. The stars all pointed and sang sweet music, Sweet Medicine filled my heart with Burgundy color-the truth of Mystery. The stars all showed them selves in an all seven colors. The journey home was the smells of the river and the cool mist of the sky. I awoke to the knowing of the black and white cats, which is that I must listen to the words of color and I would be healed - "Rainbow Medicine" my Auntie said, as I came to live a life of Mystery and joy once more.

I know that the seven sacred truths are Truth, Healing, Proof and Courage, The Truth, Commitment and Mystery. These voices of the stars guide me to the fullness of life each day and I hope the same for you.

To get to the Sacred River, close your eyes, breath in and out four times and keep breathing and soon you will see the river in your mind's eye. It will feel like just a thought, but all is thought. Now, when you hear the river you are ready to find teachers at the river and to learn their teachings. This is a place of truth and spirit, where you can learn of your truths that you need. Ask for a guide to come to teach you the truths you need in your daily life and the ones you need of the seven will be shown to you.
